Is it a label?

No. Directive (EU) 2024/825 restricts labels to certified schemes. The standard publishes facts on a proof page; it awards no seal and no logo.

Who verifies?

At level 2, the beneficiary nonprofit confirms the amount it received. At level 3, an independent chartered accountant attests that the amount matches the promised calculation.

Does Ad For Good handle the money?

Never. The brand pays the nonprofit directly. We publish the proof, we do not touch the funds.

What if the confirmed amount differs from the promised amount?

The gap is reported publicly on the page within 10 working days. The level is lowered until the issue is resolved.

How long does the page stay online?

Five years minimum. Every change is kept in a timestamped history.

Can I show the level reached in my ad?

Only through the link or the QR code to the proof page. Never as a seal or a logo.
